Founded by the Hughes family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run establishment with recipes handed down through generations.

Our founder, Oliver Hughes, learned the art of pizza-making during travels across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. After returning to the UK, she set out to recreate the magic of true Italian pizza, using time-honored techniques and the finest ingredients.

What started as a cozy 12-seat spot has grown into a cherished community staple, yet our commitment to quality and authenticity has never faltered. We still rely on wood-fired oven methods, prepare dough fresh each day, and source top-tier ingredients.
